Deliveries are via our courier UK Mail,
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £6.29. Delivery is for next day Monday to Friday for orders placed before 13.00hrs
You can arrange to have your order delivered on Saturday at a rate of £12.29. Please place your order by 13.00hrs on Friday
The night before delivery you will be notified that their delivery is due the following day. You will then have the option to reschedule the delivery day, leave the parcel in a safe place or arrange to collect from their local UK Mail depot by using the ‘Change it’ options
On delivery morning, an estimated one hour delivery window is confirmed by email or text
If we deliver the parcel to a neighbour or leave in a secure location UK Mail will leave a card to confirm and send a notification with the delivery details.

We accept payment online using MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, and PayPal. We do not store credit card details
Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. The currency used in British Pounds (GBP). VAT is included in all our prices.
You will receive an online confirmation on your screen once your order has been placed, as well as an email confirmation.
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible so once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. If you wish to change a placed order you must contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com or call on +44 208 742 2623.
If we are unable to dispatch all or part of an order due to stock or other reasons, we will inform you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be able to cancel the order and a refund for the full order amount, including shipping will be provided to you.
